Took our Santa Fe in for service. David came out to work with us. Terrible Terribe Terribe serve. Go to another dealership. First don't buy a Hyundai until you look at all the recall on their cheap motors. Terrible. They will be out of business in the next 5 year for sure.
John was very helpful. Answered every question. He helped us find the perfect car for us! He took the time to listen to our needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. We loved being able to look at it and the whole experience took less than 2 hours! Our experience at HYUNDAI OF CUMMING was so much better, easier, and faster than at a major dealership, and we will definitely go back the next time we need a car.
Stay away from this place the Service Manager is a thief. My car went back to be repaired for the 2nd time for the engine. She offered to give me a rental for the 2nd time. She immediately claims the policy had changed and I needed to fill out paper work which included my credit card info. Well after that a number of fraudulent charges appeared on my card which I know it was either her or those two incompetent workers she has behind the service desk, Stay AWAY from these thiefs.

2 month and waiting on a fuel pump
DECEPTIVE- is the word that will stay in my mind about this dealer. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ON YOUR FACE and take your money! I inquired about an Elantra that they had advertised on their website. When I spoke to the internet sales person Joshua, he mentioned that there are NO Addons and the price listed on the website is the final sales price (plus taxes etc). I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Homer Skelton Hyundai. I brought my 2016 Hyundai Equus in for suspension repairs under warranty on November 4, 2024, and my vehicle remained with the dealership for 38 days, during which time the repair process was plagued by delays, poor communication, and unresolved issues.
