I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with this dealership was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Northwest Hyundai is easily the most dishonest and fraudulent dealership I’ve ever encountered. We showed up to buy a vehicle we found on their website—what a joke. The car was filthy inside, complete with someone else’s bags and a hairbrush. It hadn't even been cleaned. On top of that, it had 800 more miles than what was listed online. Even worse? Absolutely do NOT EVER recommend! I took my truck to Crain due to a oil leak after just buying it in November of last year (WITH warranty). NOTED: The ONLY reason I took it there was because we bought it threw them! After getting a estimate on it they sent me a email saying it would cost $992.99 (due to warranty not covering it) which I was fine paying. **Deceptive Service – I Figured It Out in One Minute!** ★☆☆☆☆ I went to Pride Hyundai Service Center on June 10, 2025, for a trunk latch issue. I purchased and had installed a remote starter by this Hyundai dealer. I needed a new remote and it took them over an hour to program it! I was told the mechanic couldn't find something and then didn't know how to do it. Well, once that was done about a week later something was hanging down under the dash. I went back and it was the antena. They DIDN'T SECURE IT TO THE WOIRING HARNESS! Now 2 days later I try to use the remote start and it doesn't work at all!
