We normally hate going through the car buying process, but working with Chad Taylor was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and the "walk-out the door" price we were looking for and actually got us into an upgraded trim at a fantastic price! I couldn't believe it. No high pressure sales. No gimmick. Just a salesperson with a great personality that wants to make his customers happy. We highly recommend Chad. If we need to replace our other car, he will definitely be the go-to guy.
My experience at this dealership was the best. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist you with the best deal possible. Dayri Oneil was the greatest sales representative I have ever had. She was able to help with everything o needed plus more. She has been a wonderful person and went above and beyond.

We had a great experience at Kerry Hyundai working with Gabe who helped us lease our new Santa Fe! We love this vehicle and Gabe took great care of us along the way. Overall we really enjoyed our experience with the whole staff at Kerry Hyundai and Chevrolet.
Well, I've been waiting for a survey from Hyundai of Cottonwood but evidently they know better. A few months ago, I received a safety recall to have my ABS fuse replaced. I made an appointment with them but was postponed due to the fuse not arriving. When I went to the appointment, I arrived at 09:14 for a 09:40 appointment. I did not get my car back until 10:56.
