Noticed on arrival for my appointment the waiting room was very clean and orderly, all magazines neatly arranged. The printed history and physical forms were not immediately available so I was given a notebook pad to start. My name was called shortly and was escorted to the familiar dental chair where a dental assistance took the required x-rays. Dr. Kerry Shimizu thoroughly explained all the findings.
