Sometimes we feel disconnected from Health Care Providers. You know the situation, sign in to a distracted receptionist who sits you down for a 1/2 hour with no explanation. Dr Shimizu's staff are welcoming and friendly. I liken it to a Cheers bar with anesthesia where everybody knows your name. Linda is in command for insurance & appointments. Bernie & Arlene are the best - identifying teeth problems for Dr Shimizu. Elaine is the friendly voice on the phone. Dr Shimizu is highly skilled and open to discuss dental conditions... read more

I go every 6 months for my teeth cleaning. I have always been happy with my cleaning. Everyone in the office is very nice and they make it a good experience. Dr. Shimizu is a great dentist.

I have no issue going to them every 6 months. I feel so much better with my pearly whites shining! The whole family have been going to Dr. Kerry probably 20 years now. My girls have grown up with him and have no fear and are happy to go see him.
Doc. Shimizu, Bernie, Linda and everyone else that works at the office are very professional and extremely friendly. I'm usually a nervous patient when going to any doctor . But the staff make my visit wonderful and a breeze. They are very knowledgable and answer questions in detail, which I appreciate. Doc. Shimizu does excellent dental work and explains step by step . I highly recommend him and staff for all your dental needs. I'm proud to say I will be a life long patient.
