Kerrion was refreshing considering some of the challenges that can arise from transitioning/moving states. She was consistent and diligent in her communication and made every effort to fulfill my requests when find a home in D.C. There was obvious care and time dedicated to her efforts.

It was a real pleasure working with Kerrion after I moved to Washington DC. She went above and beyond even my high expectations to competently and professionally deal with some significant challenges thrown at us by my property management company. Kerrion offered continual reassurance and sound advice when I was most frustrated with the situation. I trust her knowledge and experience and would recommend her highly as a realtor.

Kerrion Walter’s-Edward’s assisted us with a rental property, although we experienced some challenges, she maneuvered these situations with tact and professionalism. I do not know how we would have navigated through this entire process without her. I would strongly recommend her for all your real estate needs. Trust me, your mind will be at ease.
