Only been here for about 5mins and already very upset with the staff... The lady at sign-in in the fresh fracture center is extremely rude.. expected me to instantly know their procedure on my first visit and acted like I was asking for money when I asked a simple question... I can only hope the rest of the staff is more considerate.
Visited two ERs last night 1st one was not Kern Medical, but it was the worst experience we could’ve had. Went to Kern Medical to get a second opinion since the 1st hospital was horrible and they did all the testing the other hospital didn’t even care to do and we left with answers and good care! By far way better Dr.s and better service!
