You have no idea what the nurses have to go through, i was in the emergency room and the guy in the next room refused to leave it took them about an hour of them telling him you're being discharged and he refused to leave, they had to escort him out, because they needed the room and he was fine, plus i had both my babies there and everyone was super nice and friendly!
Bueno esta ves me gustó por q me atendieron pronto y fueron amables no como otras veces q eh ido y andan como enojados y no te atienden bien....
I had a really bad experience. They acted like they didn't care that I was in pain. They didn't make me feel better. They made me feel like I was a idedit. Never go back a gine
The surgery staff and doctors were spot on. From the time of check in until the surgery was over, was flawless. The care dropped off a bit after being admitted to a room, but over all it was a good experience.
Lots of people, and the wait was pretty long, but over all the people who helped us were nice and answered our questions and made my son feel comfortable. We went to the Ortho office. No cast needed. Thank you Ortho team
Thank you Kern Medical for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! My husband had back surgery and stayed at Kern Hospital for one week. All of the staff there were AWESOME from the Pre-Admit to Discharge Clerk. All of the RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Radiology Clerks, Cafeteria, dieticians, etc. we're all AWESOME!! THANK YOU ALL for your service!!���
The only disappointment were the Rude Nurses who made you feel you were inconviencing them. During their gossip sessions or out of work activities that they just have to share then talk about they are busy. I work in a similar line of work caregiver I try to be as helpful as possible to clients & their family cause that's what I get paid to do. I suggest Nurses Rude & miserable find another line of work cause you have no compassion or empathy to continue in a job you were trying to get aid for.
i took my husband to kern medical. er staff didn't even new i work at kern medical. they wear so nice . dr order all test i was so relieve. did all test and and came to the room told us. i well not go to any other hospital beside kern medical. every one wad very helpful. *********
While I Was There Visiting My Grandson, When They Came In And Out They Were Very Friendly, And They Answered All Of The Questions I Asked. I Felt At Ease When Leaving Because They Were Very Attentive To My Baby Cayden.
