I have been dealing relentlessly with LA County, "Blue Cross/ Care First,Promise Health Plan"for over a week now! I have had to usually wait hours, when they all continually screw up in the past. and also most recently at Av Hospital Er. Due to them at Care First not Ansering the phone to My Home Nurse, Or Myself For Long waits and also unmanned phone lines to My Primary Care Nurse's Phone Extention. horrible place we had the worse experience with nurses and Drs . They are rude and not compassionate.
They have good doctors and genuinely care about the patients that they nurture back to health.
