Customer service is pretty terrible. I spent about a month trying to contact them about setting up a payment option for my bill, but every time I call the line is busy. The care I received is average. I got an EKG twice because the first EKG did not work properly. Then the Dr that attended me scolded the nurse in front of us which is very unprofessional. If I had a choice I would go to a different hospital.
Bad service
Suck.. they really need to get up to date technology. Beside of tht.. they still suck.
One of the best experiences of my life was working at KMC. You won't find better people anywhere else.

One of the best hospitals I have ever worked at. The Surgeons and the OR staff are great to work with.
