This review is specifically for the Ayla at ********** apartment complex owned by Equity Residential. Management is incompetent. The garage gate is always broken & Im certain they arent paying enough to get it properly fixed. They changed the garage gate opener to a camera/sticker situation and you have to pull up so close to the gate that you risk your car getting hit. The elevators are broken all the time, if you cant take the stairs due to injury or disability then you just dont have any access to the pool or gym, period.... read more

I was a resident during the period of January 2023 to March 2023 and had been living at Bella Terra Apartments for years, The pipes froze and broke and due to this issue, my apartment was not the same for the period of January 2023 into March 2023. With holes in the walls, no floors, constant noise from machines to dry the walls, I was only able to use the bedroom and part of my bathroom of my one bedroom apartment, but yet I was pushed to still pay rent in full each month. If I could give this place zero stars I would! This property company likes to take advantage of there tenants and finds loop holes to get more money out of them. For three ******* our water bill went from $40 a month to $85 almost $100 a month and when I asked I got the run around and them telling me they don't do the numbers. Ive been here for six years due to financials I can't afford to move but for six years my rent increase started on the May 1st bills but this year they decided they were going to prorate my rent increa... read more
Absolutely horrendous staff all smiles and corteous to fill in quotas and apartments until you bring up valid concerns that impact your way of living in their appartments. Whether its noise complaints or even maintenance items that were left out months even after moving in....But im glad the 3 gals in the reception have the time to talk about their struggles with dating and ****** over the concerns and requests of the tennants that live within the property......The ***** Apartments (*************)

***** Infested Apartment and Gaslighting ManagementDo Not Move Here! I have lived here 3.5 years. The only pros are that the concierges are great and the views are decent.
