The WORST costomer service ever. I moved to a different location. in the same city. You cannot reach anyone on the phone (have called 13 times), There is no where on the website that allows you to change your address for delivery the "on-hold" tells you to use "chat" on the website, but it doesn't work. I have left 3 unanswered emails. I moved into my new home 7 weeks ago and still have not been able to get new delivery or cancel my service. I have stopped paying and postponed all of my deliveries and I simply got a bill in ... read more
Worst service ever. Every time you call about anything you are on hold for 45 minutes to a hour before someone picks up. I cancelled service and they did not show up at the day they said they would pickup the cooler and empty bottles. Called back waited an hour made another set day for pick and no show again. If I could give a negative review I would.
The worst service EVER from customer service to local service. We haven't received our order in over a month and when I called about it customer service said that they couldn't do anything about it. Our delivery guy is horrible and leaves the quantity he wants and always has an attitude. I called customer service and was told they can do nothing about our deliveries and was only even more aggravated having to hold for 25 minutes or so. We LOVE our water service for our office. We have been customers for roughly 7 years with no complaints. Our driver is SUPER courteous and takes great care of us with a smile. Very dependable.
