Spent 5 hours tonight in the emergency room and when we got up and walked out still had not seen a doctor. Be up front and honest with people concerning wait times so they can at least make an informed choice about going to another hospital that will at least send a doctor in to see them! Do yourself a favor and go to another facility where patient satisfaction and wait times are a priority!

Some polite and helpful staff, however in the main lobby waiting room the registration staff are completely rude and un-helpful. Be sure not to make the wrong turn or they’ll be even more rude.
The Staff and all employees at this hospital are all caring and equally knowledgeable and safety minded during this pandemic. Other hospitals I’ve unfortunately been to are not as observant and monitoring the rules as closely. The hospital is clean. The staff is very pleasant and always Mrs there when you need them. No excuses! The Physicians do what they say and say what they mean. I will always come to East when I need a hospital. They have saved my life several times. Thank you!
This hospital is like a small town hospital,seems like everyone there cares about you as a patient, recently had surgery there and the kindness I received was over the top, my number 1 choice for a hospital in Lexington.
They are extremely careful with the pandemic going around and they also are very nice crew and very hard working thank u for all that you have done for us civilians
I retired from there, wonderful skilled doctors and nurses. I wouldn't go anywhere else
