The girls at the check in desk were super friendly and the provider I seen was great. The only thing that I didnt like was that I am currently on maternity leave and when I went to my follow up appointment to get my stitches removed I was told I owe around $70 which $35 of it was a copay. I offered to pay the copay and then call back Friday to pay the remainder and the lady that handles the account told me if I wanted to be seen today then the whole amount must be paid. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Act as if they truly care about your health and provide excellent quality of care.
I waited not even 2 minutes after checking in before being called back. Doctor was in the room with 5 mins of going back. Dr Hidgon was very professional, direct and answered any concerns I had. Didn’t try to sell me some special products. She asked where I shopped and recommended products I can get there. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist!
