TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They moved my boyfriend's surgery not once but TWICE!! The first excuse was that it was his Insurance's fault. The second time they called 10 DAYS from the date of the surgery to tell him the surgeon was going on VACATION!!! Apparently because he went on vacation all of the other surgeries got pushed back making my boyfriends surgery an "inconvenience" for them. Very disrespectful and inappropriate practices towards their patients.
We can't say enough good things about Greg Cowen, PA-C and Dr. Sajadi. The first time we were here was 2 1/2 years ago when our 2 year old broke her arm. They worked us in that day and were just amazing. Their care and compassion for children is amazing! Then 2 years later we are back back for another broken arm and the care is still top notch. The staff and doctors are so nice and caring. Excellent job and thank you for all that you do!
They was very nice to me, I have to go back on Friday and get a second opinion from another surgeon about whether I would have to have a knee replacement.
