RecommendedVery knowledgeable but always consults with Dr Sajadi if needs info. All personnel are very friendly. Makes for a relaxing office. Greg remembers a lot from former visits and likes to joke around which I love.
Had replacement of Both shoulders in 2018, with very good results - worth the surgery (by Dr. Sajadi) and the time for healing. Follow-ups by Certified PA Greg Cowan. KY Bone & Joint is a top-notch orthopedic practice. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything I’ve done is perfect
Dr. Hackett did my shoulder surgery and I had a great experience. In my case, it was a quick recovery. I had an issue with my bandage the day after surgery and Dr. Hackett got on the phone to check in with me. Really appreciated that.

Dr Cowen-PA was great! Dr Sajati not so much....more worried about fixing his shirt & socks to pay attention to my concerns. Made me feel like I was wasting his time since I "wasn't a surgical candidate". The I had to wait on someone to get off their cell phone just to check out but then again, every one of them were on their cell phones. Will NOT go back!
Am so very thankful for Dr. Andrew Ryan, Kim and Jen. He has been our orthopaedic since he came to Lexington . When my knee had to be replaced, I didn't hesitate to allow him to do it. I have complete faith in his assessment of my needs and his skills as a surgeon. He and the staff are always accessible and genuinely listen to your questions and concerns. You can rest assured you are getting the best when you select Dr. Ryan.
Dr. Ryan is the best. I got a new hip and I can’t believe the difference.
