Best place ever. Our cat, Finn McCool, normally hates the vet so we weren't sure what to expect on our first visit. Instead of the normal cold, sterile surroundings, we walked into the cat check-up room to find it filled with cat pheromones (the staff even wear it like perfume!), a heating pad under a cuddly blanket on the stainless steel table, a fish tank and a jar full of fish flakes. Everyone was so friendly! The vet and vet tech were very kind and caring, especially when we got bad news about our cat. They took time to answer all of our many questions and provided us with helpful resources. We will definitely be returning.

We are new dog owners so didn't really know what to expect. Everyone made us feel welcome and our nerves were calmed as soon as we were greeted. We weren't rushed, all questions were answered, there was follow up the day after and even an email follow up. I am so happy with the kindness and communication with Kenton Animal Hospital.
