We have had the pleasure of working with Ken multiple times. When I was retiring from the Army, my wife transferred back to the area with her job. We started our home buying journey with Ken, then decided to move farther north so found another local realtor. However, we didn't have the confidence with the local guy that we had with Ken. He was amazing and knowledgeable, extremely helpful in all aspects of the process, and easy to communicate with. We've already decided we will use Ken for any future real estate purchases. Ken and Terri were very knowledgeable and experienced in helping us find a new home and in selling our old home. They directed us in all the right ways and at times I doubted them. We ended up trusting them though, and in the end, they were able to sell our home for about $25,000 more than we had expected to get out of our home. They sacrificed a lot of time to help us and truly had our best interest at heart. Our family highly recommends Kenter Real Estate for all your real estate needs.
Our home buying journey started with us thinking that we would need to do a rent to own. We found Ken and Terri very trustworthy and great to work with even though rent to own sometimes gets a bad reputation.
