They are a very polite and helpful group. I am never disappointed when shopping there.
I was an idiot and got my girlfriend's ring stuck on my finger. They took me seriously and told me my options. She said, "We can try windex, but if that doesn't work, we can cut it off—free of charge." They provided the windex (which worked!), and then they even cleaned the ring for free! A+ customer service!
