So I ordered a patio furniture set from Kent about 3 weeks ago. Everything was done wrong. Somehow payment didnt go through though I have a paid receipt for it, I wasn't notified of this issue, which prevented delivery, and when I had to call multiple times to fix, it was pulling teeth. My partner & I were in to see about the new 7’ x 7’ resin sheds. Upon entering we saw a gentleman who worked there by the name of Jim, who I later found out he worked at the Project desk. I asked Jim if he could help me locate the shed I showed him on my phone. With no hesitation he walked me to the front of the store to show them to me.
