Poor customer service nobody answers the phone on the help desk before 30 rings got transferred to seasonal and electronics nobody answered, asked for an assistant manager all the managers are busy.
Friendly Staff
Watched 9 employees just standing chatting by the lights in kents today honestly inwas just with my brother and he was getting something and I needed the bathroom I looked for signs and all signs pointed to the back of the store and the bathroom was intact at the front by customer service. However the employees where also confused that the sign was pointed to the back of the store. ... if you've worked there for months you think you would change a simple sign.
First time going into this store and I was blown away by the organization of the place. I won't mention the name of the other stores but this one was so easy to navigate and they were actually people on the floor who were willing to help. Don't get me wrong. I have used their services before but through the online portals and other people have who have delivered have always been super nice as well.
