This HOA is absolutely criminal. Please check the HOA By-laws and start questioning why "phones" are listed in the expenses for $6k and $9k for uniforms. Are the landscapers buying armani suits? Last time someone started questioning they got threatened. They are underfunded [sub 20%] and I want people to be aware.
