Comfortable beds, very clean, very accommodating staff. We asked for a refrigerator and it was delivered to our room within minutes. Same thing when we needed a corkscrew. Fantastic location, we walked everywhere! You can't beat the price for these accommodations. Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with our stay, we will return and tell our friends to go.
The staff are very friendly and helpful specially Josh and Vincent. Josh helped me have a room with the city view. Thank you.😘Room is also beautiful, just had to get a little use to using a very low sink and toilet. But that wasn't a problem. We all had a great time.
This was in an ideal spot! By Union Square and in the Theater district. The service was excellent staff courteous and the bed sumptuous. I'm a picky cleaner and the room and bath were pristine. I throughly enjoyed the sherry in the lobby.
Great Place. Enjoyed the hotel and location a lot. IN the past we have stayed at other hotels around Union Square. Thought we'd try a different one. Glad we did!! quieter and more spacious than some of the other "boutique hotels". Parking is always an issue.
Location was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. Staff was very friendly especially Mario who had great recommendation of things to do in the surrounding area.
Wonderful place. Cutomer service could not be any better. Joshua at the front desk was the best! Rooms and beds were very comfortable!!
