RecommendedBeautiful spot in the city
Horrible service. They want to hold extra days on your card without any warning and then give you guff like you should have known better. We won’t be back under any circumstances.
I stayed here in February when I was in SF for a work conference. The staff is absolutely amazing at this property. Super helpful and courteous. Josh, who was the front desk associate when I checked in, did a great job of explaining everything about the area. Union Square is right there and Morton's Steakhouse is next door. It is a great place to stay. The only downside is lack of air conditioning but it wasn't an issue since I was there in the winter time. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5-stars!
Super hotel with super service and world class placement
Had a wonderful stay with great service.
The hospitality is amazing! The bed we had was so comfortable and the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Very nice hotel and we will be back!
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Nothing like the online photos. Dirty room and rude management. Would definitely not recommend. And it takes a lot for me to write reviews.
