The Kensington building used to be an old hotel, and it shows. Rooms are small, building is showing age. My kitchen 5ft by 6.5ft, same with the bathroom. This is however a simple one bedroom apartment. Rent is cheap, utilities are all included. Landlords are friendly. Safe, locked building, with cameras. My biggest complaint would have to be the guests policy. Its stated in the lease that guests must be out by 10pm, and no overnight guests without PERMISSION from the managers.
