It stinks! Very deceptive organization. Show prospective residents model apartment, but after lease is signed, their apartment is horrible!
Kensington club is on fair they say I can't rent do to a credit check but u get a co signer you can see if that will work you get a person that has a great credit score and enough money to cover the rent for the month and even a year and they still turn you down then you ask to speak to upper management and they say they will send and email l to some one and they will get back to u and that don't even happen
