This place is awful! 😱😱. Everything
The simplest way I can put this, is this place un clean un safe and completely not child friendly At all!
I lived there for two years and it’s horrible. The windows leave in a draft and the walls are super thin, for as much money as you pay, which is around $1,200 a month, for this place that shouldn’t be an issue. Their parking lots are so uneven that just to get to my apartment it scrapped my exhaust so bad I needed a new one. They didn’t fix the parking lot still. They make you purchase a pool pass and a clubhouse pass even if you don’t plan on using the facilities. It’s a rip off I would suggest somewhere else. So happy to b... read more
I do not recommend it because? .. when you request repair or maintenance, they do not, for example, I Melvis Pupo report serious breakages in the bathroom of the Master Room 15 months ago, the bathroom water has invaded the Walkingng closet, and until today they do not fix it, I am also 5 years ago and in the Master Room there is no heating or air conditioning and other problems that do not fix, do not rent, it is lost money
they lie through their teeth, try to claim that a service animal counts as a fee, treat you like dirt and treat you and your animals as property. They are loophole using pricks
these people only think about money they dont give a fuk about Tennant or fixing the apartment s im very disappointed sorry but is the truth
By far the worst place I have EVER lived. DONT LIVE HERE!!! I will be writing a longer review with all the large issues later, but there’s sooo many I need to actually set aside time to write it all down. AND IVE ONLY BEEN HERE ONE YEAR. Learn from my mistake, don’t live here!
