My move was very successful and orderly. I had movers due all the big items, furniture, TV, bedroom, etc. Family and friends helped with all other boxes, packages and anything that could go in a car or pick-up truck. Except for a few hiccups, it went better than I had expected. All my planning and Kensington Club welcoming me was the end result. I really love my apartment and my 2 kitty kats are doing lots of exploring. I would definitely refer /recommend if I know anyone looking in the general area. SUCCESS.
What a wonderful Place we just happen to drive by while apt searching and stopped in and met with Alyssa...she took her time to explain all the details and showed us a few apts and the upgrades renovations...I'm am A veteran and she explained all the veteran discounts and the effort they make to help all veterans...made us feel right at home we said where do we sign and here we are...beautiful layout and upgraded features...thank you Alyssa for making this transition as smooth as possible...
We recently had a fantastic experience during a property tour. The representative "Alysa" was incredibly helpful, informative and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. They were responsive and timely throughout the application process, guiding us step by step. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place!
I love my apartment, exactly everything I was looking for. I would recommend these apartment to anyone.
The place is great, the town house was beautiful but scared my wife from starting the application was the bad reviews the place had gotten recently and I do not want to get things started with issues involved.
