Ken was prompt and amde the necessary correction to the furance control panel to get it operating. However, he did not make the fix permanent and I had to adjust the circuitboard wires once again. The wires do not hold a good connection and should have been replaced. I will do that myself, because it is only the connection.

I was contacted fairly quickly by Ken's Mechanical and set up a time for him to come out and check the ac. He came out and said that I needed a new blower motor and scheduled another time a couple of days later to install the blower motor. He installed the blower motor, checked the compressor, said he recharged the freon and gave me a bill for $700.
