Great service. Ken arrived on time, and was attentive to my concerns. My furnace was in need of cleaning, a new filter track, and removal of an old humidifier unit. He performed all the work the same day, gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit, and was courteous to show me the general operation and also recommended some tips. I was very pleased. I plan to call Ken back this Spring to give the A/C unit a good clean and tune-up. Chris

i bellieve that I have found an experienced heater maintenance company that I will be using the rest of my life. He was absoutely awesome and so is his wife. We froze last night and he came as soon as he could get to my house. He is very polite and explained every thing to me and he also cut a place for my air filter so that I don't have to take off the front of the heater. Ken was great. I mean that he was over and above fabulous. He was prompt, polite and explained everything to me. He gave me tips and taking care of my furnace in the future. He had the best prices of the 4 companies I spoke with, and could not have been any more respectful and helpful. Our furnace went out last week and it was about 12 degrees outside. He came over as soon as possible and fixed it that day. I would recommend this company to anyone...he is a wonderful person and did a great job.
