We had great service from Ken when we had a furnace that wouldn't heat and cold weather on it's way. I was still on the computer making the request when the phone started ringing and Ken was able to arrive before noon. Another service told me they could be out 2 days later, not a good wait with cold weather and no heat. Ken diagnosed the problem immediately and had the furnace working again in no time. I won't need to call Service Magic for furnace problems in the future because now I have Ken's card and would recommend him ... read more
Ken showed up exactly on time and diagnosed the problem with my furnace quickly. He then explained to me what was needed and why and how much it would cost.
Ken and his crew member did a fantastic job. They are always so pleasant and professional, which is always appreciated these days. They even were kind and playful to my little dog that kept bothering them

Thank goodness for a caring company! We were going to be left on the long HOT 4th of July weekend with an old broke down conditioner. Ken's Mechanical had the care to make sure this would not happen to us. It wasn't " so sorry, we can't help you until next week." They came in the morning of their day off (on a day they had party plans with family and friends)and worked very hard to make sure we would be satisfied!
