I've been buying my bikes and gear at Ken's since 1985. I've always had great service and fair prices.
Since I got my bike it's been falling apart and whenever I take it in they don't help me at all. Today the screw on the end of my cruiser fell off and I lost it. It holds the rim over the wheel and a metal piece together to keep from rattling. Anyone know what it's called so I can go out and find one? Looks like I have to fix it myself.

Hello I am a combat veteran wildland firefighter in boise and I had bought a specialized P2 last year and after spending about 5 mins on the bike i realized it had a shifting problem. I took the bike back in immediately and the amazing bike mechanics at ken's bicycle wharehouse told me they could not find the issue and assured me everything was fine so i took the bike back home. a week later i brought it back in and told the mechanics it was still skipping during pedaling.
