I bought a Specialized Roll bike with all the trimmings and a Kuat bike rack 4/22. We were given a good deal on the bike rake and love it. It was supposed to come in the following weekend, but was 3 weeks before it showed up. It's a great bike and I've already put 150+ miles on it. I purchased fenders and a rack at the same time and have yet to hear about those. If they are available on Amazon, shouldn't there be faster turn for a dealer? Thanks for the comment and the 3 stars. Not sure we deserved even 3 stars for this case. The reality is that your bike with a few other special orders fell in the gap of changing systems. Please accept our apologies and give us the chance to serve you again, we are still working through some of these changes and the transformation of the shop.
I was in the store a few days ago and met Mike Wieser, the manager. I've always liked this store due to its broad selection, helpful staff and fair pricing. I had not met Mike previously but he definitely reinforced my good feelings about doing business with this shop. If you need anything for your bike, or if it is time for new bike, you owe it to yourself to stop by their shop. I'm sure you'll be glad that you did!

Ken and his staff are top shelf! My family has been long-time customers and have purchased multiple bikes there. In addition to great prices, we've always received exceptional service with a friendly smile. Eric does a fantastic job at servicing our bikes and always works hard to get them done quickly. Very helpful. Walked in was greeted right away. In and out with a new bike for my son's bday in less than 10 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!
Ken helped me out to restore my 1970 Atala and the bike is back to life. It is not obvious to find someone capable to work on some old Italian metal :) He was super nice and patient with me. Very friendly place and glad the city of Boise has folks like Ken around.
