Just had a major tune up done on a 20 year old bike that hadn’t been used in years! It looks and rides like a new bike for much less than the cost of a new bike. They did an outstanding job!

About 4 yrs ago I bought a Specialized FSR Stumpjumper. Ken was great helping me to find the perfect bike for me. The guys in the shop have kept my bike in great working condition ever since, and they are always friendly and provide great service. These guys rick!
You guys are awesome! I lost a rear wheel reflector and went in to buy another one. You just gave me a bag with a new reflector kit! So glad I purchased my Specialized CrossTrail from you and thanks for taking such good care of my bike. I ride about 100 miles a week and you keep it running in good condition.

Great shop with an extensive selection of bikes and accessories. Manager Mike Wieser and his staff are very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to ensure I got the right bike at a fair price. Their excellent customer service has earned them another loyal customer. Thanks guys!
Hopefully a new mechanic won't "SLAM" customers bikes up and down just to blow the suspension in the attempt to get the customer to buy a new bike there. This happened to my mother's bike just the other week! The Manager is DISHONEST and the owner who called my mother about this practice admitted that they are doing this to generate new sales but refused pay for destroying the bike.
