I just had one appointment so far but the office staff are super professional and Dr. Eckmann was very thorough. I felt heard and was treated with respect. He was recommended to me by a friend and based on my first appointment, I would certainly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Eckman is fantastic. After numerous visits with other doctors and 7 tests, Dr. Eckman was in 2 visits able to diagnose me. He is wonderful!

I could never in good conscience recommend Dr. Eckmann to family or friends. He didn’t listen and totally misdiagnosed the condition of our family member. The Neurology Center then declined to schedule an appointment with their female Neurologist. They claimed they didn’t give second opinions.

Misdiagnosed my epilepsy. Ignored requests to look further into the matter. When coming in after an EEG tracing he did not review it until I was in the appointment. DO NOT recommend him as a primary neurologist, terrible bed side mannerisms and frankly incompetent. I honestly hope he sees this so he can improve his practice and avoid this happening to any future patients.

If you were thinking of seeing this physician, think twice. What an awful man. Impatient, unknowledgeable and total lack of caring for his patients. I had a horrible experience. Save yourself and find someone else. In addition, office staff is rude, disrespectful and inefficient.

He is the worst. I took my mom to him because I wanted to see if she had dementia. He told me she didn't have it and she was just crazy.Well swear 3 months after his diagnosis my mom behavior really changed. She was admitted in the hospital and diagnosed as early stage dementia.Time has passed and her doctor is convinced she has lewy bodies dementia or vascular dementia. He completely missed the opportunity to diagnose her properly which could have allowed my family to prepare for what's to come

Dr. Eckmann came up with a diagnosis that did not match my symptoms or MRI. When specifically asked if I had a particular condition, which matched my symptoms, he said emphatically no. Turns out I did have that condition confirmed by another neurologist who actually listened to me. Dr. Eckmann was so busy typing up his notes I don't think he actually listed. He certainly didn't answer my questions.

My mother is a long time patient of Dr. Eckmann's. We are satisfied with him.
