I came to Dr. Eckmann to ask for a diagnosis of my injured nerve on left arm and hand caused by blood work drawn in an unprofessional way by a healthcare lab.Dr. Eckmann did a very thorough and detailed clinical exam of my arm and hand and gave me very clear explanation on how the injury must have happened and why it caused the effects I am still suffering from. Dr Eckmann listens well. Responded to my concerns and suggested practical suggestions. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to suggest drugs or invasive procedures but allowed it as a possibility.
Dr Eckmann is thoughtful, cogent, kind, and knowledgeable about many medical fields. Great to speak with. Enjoyed his company!
Dr. Eckmann was a patient listener, a skilled examiner, and a clear communicator about my issue, mercifully not as serious as I had feared. Not only that, he has a great sense of humor—and he can quote Lewis Carroll stanzas from Alice in Wonderland when appropriate! What’s not to like?!
