Dr Jeffries is always concerned, asks questions, listens well and patiently, and responds appropriately and helpfully.
He listens.Never makes you feel rushed. Practical solutions, does not push expensive tests and procedures that are not necessary. One of the most competent and compassionate docs we’ve encountered and we’ve seen a lot over our 140 plus years combined.
Told me one thing to my face, but put something else in their internal notes. As a result, my follow-up with their NP met with stonewalling, they refused to let me see the clinic's movement disorder specialist because the doctor said I was having panic attacks rather than a real neurological issue.

Dr. Eckmann is an outstanding physician: extraordinarily knowledgeable, articulate, and accessible. He listens, explains everything clearly, and completely familiarizes himself with your chart before he sees you. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Jeffries and I met 10 years ago when I started having neck issues from a previous surgery. We reconnected due to some degenerative concerns, and he has been amazing. Very methodical in his approach, not quick to diagnose and push patients out the door. I place my neurological health in his hands.
