Shaved off my calluses with a grimace, refused to engage with me as a patient, didn't pursue any corrective action for posture, peeled out of the parking lot right after my appointment only to appear at the country club he belongs to where I went to work right after my appointment. Very obviously doesn't care about his patients and clearly doesn't deserve his inflated privilege.
