We saw both Dr Rudman and Dr Roberts. We found that they take the time to listen to their patient and go above and beyond in trying to problem solve. They have a wealth of knowledge and the entire staff is so caring and helpful. Just what we were looking for. Great dentists and staff.
Saw Dr Rudman for a root canal. Was told it would be covered by my insurance 100%. Was sent to one of his colleagues for the first part of the procedure. When I arrived at his office for the remainder of the procedure, was informed his colleague used all my insurance (2000) and I would be responsible for the remainder of the cost (1000). Never saw him again and will tell anyone who will listen not to use him unless money is no object
First time seeing Dr. Rodman and Dr. Roberts yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about them! I came in for a second opinion as I was told a tooth needed to be pulled but it didn’t! They did the work right there on the tooth and will be back next week for a crown. Very impressed and felt completely comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. Needless to say I have found a new dentist!
