The staff was extremely friendly and timely. . Dr. Hepps was easy to talk to, somewhat like sharing a concern with a close friend.
He explained everything clearly to me.
Dr. Hepps is the best in business and I couldn't be happier with the level of care for my liver. My meeting with him yesterday was very informative and helpful. He carefully listened to my concerns and shared his treatment plan with me. I have met with him several times since 2023 and completely trust Dr. Hepps. I was a bit nervous about going because I didn’t know what he would say if it was gonna be anything dangerous or upsetting to me, but it turned out that he was a very calm. Doctor gave good common sense and gave me something to try and if not, then I can I call make another appointment.
I had a terrible experience with this physician. he has extremy poor social skills, no empathy for his patients whatsoeaver. We left his office feeling worse then we came in. He showed that he will not investigate the issues any further as a second opinion. He reads the notes of other MDs and just repeats it. Very uninterested. Never asked any question showing that he was interested in learning more about the issue. Horrible physician. Dr Hepps is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Took time to explain what the procedure entails and made sure I understood.
Felt like he took the necessary time to find out how I am doing. Took time to explain the procedure I scheduled to have. Very easy to talk to and completely satisfied when the appointment was over.
Very calm, professional and knowledgeable.
