Dr Kenneth Hepps is my Doctor for 17 Years. He is a Great Doctor so very Professional and he never let you feel neglected office visit or Telehealth, his staff are really nice front desk and nurses and the are so quick to response no matter what patient need. Dr Hepps is so nice, He talk so calm but direct when it comes to your health. The new office is clean and tidy. Highly Highly recommend

He’s a great doctor but his office is run horribly. I like him. He’s a very good doctor. You can’t just call and speak to a real person; you have to go through a menu and they tell you to leave a message because “The person you are trying to reach is unavailable.” It’s so frustrating because then they say you will get a call back within 72 hours.
