I've been at FBBC for just over 5 weeks and I am loving the results! I haven't consistently worked out in years, but at FBBC I want to keep going. Everyone is very encouraging!
Absolutely LOVE this place!!! The trainers definitely work you hard and push you, but they are also incredibly encouraging!! I leave each workout feeling totally energized and ready for the next challenge!! Thank you!!!!

This is an amazing place. From the very first day I felt the love and support from our trainers! I said it before, it's not just the workouts but the community involvement, the follow-up, the accountability and the different daily workouts. With Deron and Will there's no better support system you could ask for. At 55 it's hard to stay in shape let alone lose weight but I have met all my goals and some. Thanks FBBC you're part of my life now
I am speaking for both my husband and myself when I say that FBBC is the REAL DEAL! Every time we walk out the door, we feel better, stronger, and more motivated than when we walked in. The trainers are absolutely the best around-they are extremely encouraging, and push their clients to set and achieve their goals! We can't say enough about how much we love Kennesaw FBBC!
