I love Kennesaw Fit Body and talk about it to all my friends!! I love how everyone cheers each other on and the trainers are amazing!! Even when I'm hurt they modify workouts for me!! One workout I actually enjoy going to!!
This workout is the best you can get and in 30 minutes. I leave with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment every day. It's intense but never boring and it works out your entire body. Cardio? Check! Strength? Check! They know what they're doing here and they're really encouraging. I've only been going for four weeks now but I can see myself doing this for a long time to come.
Love this gym!! I was introduced to Fitbody Kennesaw in February. I have been a fateful gym goer for years and have never seen results like this. It's a total lifestyle change not just calorie burn! The trainers will push you to levels you have always wanted to go but, can't by yourself . Highly recommend this gym no matter what shape your in!
Hands down...the best workout around! Coaches are motivating and always pushing you to do your very best! Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere!! Wether you are just starting out or been working out for a while the coaches design the perfect workout for you. I have seen amazing results in just three weeks! All the staff and clients are friendly and helpful!
This program is excellent and provides for a full body workout with excellent support from their excellent trainers and staff.
My time at Kennesaw Fit Boot Camp has been very enjoyable. I have done some things I never though I could do. Alex is the best she push you to your max.
I love this place. The coaches are fantastic and motivated. They stick with you and help you through tough spots. Love them!
