Very very motivating coaches and they keep you on track helping you with different needs if you don't understand things that show you different ways that you can do it and they don't judge. Just very energetic, motivating an amazing group of people!! IT'S for everyone that is looking for a better self..
1st day & I'm hooked. Great staff, workout, & energy.
I finished my first week!! The trainers are awesome and work with you for your fitness level. The workouts are hard but time goes by fast and you feel a sense of accomplishment when you are done. My favorite thing about Kenn FBBC is LACY!! She is a doll and genuinely cares about you and your progress. She even gave me her personal cell # and sends me encouraging texts! That is rare to find.

Kennesaw Fit Body Boot Camp is amazing! I feel bad when I don't go. Every workout is different so never boring and the trainers are very encouraging and helpful. I never feel bad if I struggle with an exercise because they are quick to show modifications. I feel comfortable recommending Fit Body to anyone no matter what level they are at.
