It's such a great exercise program! Fun! Challenging! Different every day. I love not knowing what I'm in for until class starts. I also love that the classes are short and very powerful!
Ok ppl I've stared a new work out program at fit body boot camp. Let me just tell you this place is awesome! If you you are struggling to loose weight or just want to tone up they are here to support you in your fitness goals. The trainers are awesome and the workouts are only 30 minutes. So come check them out if you are anywhere near the Kennesaw area I promise you won't be disappointed!
Kennesaw Fit Body Boot Camp is highly addictive! You will get in the best shape of your life! The trainers are very encouraging and motivating yet tough enough to kick your butt in shape. The classes are only 30 minutes making it easy to fit in anyone's busy schedule. Multiple classes are offered each week.

Kennesaw Fit Body Boot Camp is AWESOME! Everyone is incredibly encouraging, the workouts are amazing, although difficult. Best 30 minute workout out there!
I love Kennesaw FBBC!! You will work your butt off but the staff is amazing. Deron, Takashi, and Alex really care about clients and it shows. If you are looking for a supportive atmosphere, this is the place to go.
I told Deron I was ready and I don't regret it only one class so far but I know after these 6 weeks I'll be where I want!
