STAY AWAY Most of the reviews so far on this site are accurate. I joined this gym prior to it being built and went to the Cherry hill location due to working up that way until Mullica Hill location was up and running. When I began to workout at the Mullica Hill location amazingly they never can locate my file but can always over charge you and never put my account on freeze even though I have the paper I signed to initiate my 3 month freeze since I was about to deliver a baby and be on exercise restrictions to recover from s... read more
great club This is a great place to work out. Staff is all nice and helpful. Equipment is always clean and ready to go. I go in, I work out, I shower, and I leave. No hassels.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This gym is all HYPE. The sales pitch is all about if "YOU ARE WORHTY OF THIS GYM" then they overprice everything, you must sign up the day you take the tour, you cannot cancel for 2 years, then you must pay 3 months in advance to cancel. Its unreal that people dont do their research first. I did not do my research either and their pushy sales staff got me. BEWARE!!! Plenty of other gyms in the area that are much better.
Unhappy in Mullica Hill Future Fitness in Mullica Hill, what they don't tell you when you join. When he is all done explaining costs, and you think you now know what you are going to be paying, at signing the contract, they hit you with additional costs of yearly maintance, paid yearly. Then you go to use the equipment, only to find out that more than half of the cardio monitors don't work, heart rate, etc. Even after telling them numerous times, they do not maintance their equipment properly. One Big Sales Pitch This club was all about the sales pitch. I received a 2 week free pass on their website. This was followed by a lengthy sales pitch on the phone their club. Then I had to come into the club for a meeting with Dobb who told me the meeting would last about 45 minutes. LOSERS!! I am loving all these negative reviews regarding Future Fitness!! I too went in hoping to take advantage of the $10.00 per month, $1.00 down deal. What turned me off right away was when I asked the manager why all the questions with applying and so serious with the info they needed, he says "we need to make sure you're right for our gym". REALLY??? I would guess if you were stupid enough to pay all the hidden costs and additional fees they throw in every other month, then you are right for their gym. What a freaking... read more
Unprofessional I contacted Future Fitness EIGHT separate times to inquire about swimming lessons. I never once received a call back. Further, the last time I called (eighth time) they told me they would transfer me to the Aquatics Director, put me on hold and then moments later asked who was calling, again put me on hold, only to return 3-5 minutes later and explain that the Aquatics Director had mysteriously gone missing and that they would leave my message for him. I was all ready to join, until..... I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write one about the experience I had at Future Fitness in Mullica Hill. I went in there one day, fully intending to join. I had recieved a flyer which had special prices on it if you were a member of some select businesses.
