Lied, Liars, Lying Horrible horrible horrible sales pitch--seriously--is this 1950? Not to mention the ad--$10 a month--is an outright lie. Why hasn't anyone sued them yet? My husband called 2x just to make sure there were no catches to that price before we went down for the tour. They lied. We proceeded to go through the very painful & drawn out pitch to find out that it would cost us upwards of $100 bucks a month for a couple. No one sells like this anymore. FUTURE FITNESS IS TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!! I have not one nice thing to say about this club. The sales tactics used to join a gym are just insulting. The high pressured sales invloved in joining this gym are unbelievable. I stopped in with my free two week pass which I couldn't use without being harrased by the sales manager. He told me that if I joined today it would only cost me 600.00 and then 30 per month for life. I looked at him like you must be joking. High Pressure/Misleading Sales Sales was totally misleading. Intimated on the phone $10/month. The salesperson said that price was just to bring people in. Even though I stated on principle I do not sign contracts the first visit for anything, he continued HIGH PRESSURE and was angry when I didn't sign. Person at front desk was not especially friendly. Don't Join This Gym!!! Don't join this gym. I regretted I did. I have told my friends and other family members not to join ... more likely than not, you are going to be disappointed. BIG TIME! The sales pitch was HORRIBLE, something that I have never seen in all the gyms I have ever joined. I won't be surprised if they eventually get sued for misrepresentation. the pool must be for kids Ann H. I agree with you 100%. When I joined the gym the only children in the pool were during family swim on Sunday. It was great. I could go after work and exercise and destress. Now they not only have group swimming lessons for children that are scheduled (which one of the life guards posts) there are also private lessons that are scheduled when it is convenient for the parents and instructors. Worst Sales Practices Ever Experienced Do NOT allow your hard earned money to support this establishment. Do NOT visit this gym and expect to have a good customer experience. Sales practices are insulting, management does not show respect for their clients nor put the customer first and they provide false information during the pitch. sorry I ever went to mullica hell gym. Mullica hell gym!!!!!!!!!!! do not go, save you money and time. Find somewhere better. Dodd should be dum dum. All I can say is there are no stars here just rude staff. They don't care about you just the money. The pool, locker rooms, and the spa seem to never be clean. The floors smell like bad feet..........! no eatting off the floor. You will get sick, just walking to the bathroom. When the hot tub is working, there is always dirt in it, and hair. RUDE I agree with everyone that posted on here. I went in a few months ago when I too received the flyer advertising the $1 down and $10 a month because I wanted to get in shape for my wedding. I too spoke with Dodd and had an awful experience. I wanted to find out the details to the flyer and how much monthly it would run me. Dodd was VERY rude and would not tell me the price after 45 mins of his tour and being interrogated. Great Daycare I can watch my child, live, on TV no matter where I am in the club!! It's comforting to know that I can still get my workout in while my child plays.
