Swim Lessons My son has been totally afraid of the water and I'm not sure why. I signed him up for swim lessons to try to get him motivated to go in the water. What a difference five lessons has made. He goes in the pool with no issues and is doing really well learning how to swim.
Unbelievable awful sales pitch! i received a coupon in the mail and decided to call to get a simple answer on monthy rates and initiation fees. Boy was I in for the run around! I thought car sales and buying a mattress were stressful. This gym is on that level. I am serious. No straight forward answer, 20 mins later on the phone, frustrated, ..earing about other gyms in the area in the coming year. I won't be subjected to such awful business practices.
member I went into the club fully aware of the sales pitch coming my way. I don't think it was that bad, as it was beneficial to have a 'give and take' conversation about the club and what my expectations were concerning my exercise goals. My daughter is a personal trainer in North Jersey, and when I told her what I got for the price, she said gyms with a pool in North Jersey charge $100/mo. Awful Gym Biggest joke gym ever. you dont have to be eight teen to join but you have to be eight teen to be a guest and they also neglected to tell me that on the phone and were very rude about it in person
I AM SPEECHLESS OK, so I thought it was just me and while I am still "steaming", I figured let me check out Better Business Bureau and/or reviews online before I make a phone call to complain. Watch the pricing............. After hearing the sales pitch from the most unprofessional person that I have dealt with in years, I really feel like I need a shower. This salesperson Dodd needs to refine his skills or lose his job as it really is hurting the intergrity of the business. I'm sure that more people walk out after dealing with him then sign up. Dodd is a joke The club is fairly nice and really the only option if you live in Mullica Hill, but their sales process and sales manager are right out of the movie "Used Cars". It starts with a free trial, but you can't take that free trial until you go through a 45 minute tour. At th eend of the tour you can get a special one time only price. Future Fitness MH aka YMCA Stay away from the Mullica Hill Future Fitness, it has become the YMCA only with high montly fees. I joined becasue they had a pool, I am rehabing an injury and can only use the pool to exercise at this time. First everything was great, then they kept changing instructors and times. Now they have the pool open to a local organization and it is full of kids at all hours of the day and evening. If it is not an open swim, there are little ones having swimming lessons. No improvement in customer service Nothing has changed despite management's promises here to make improvements. Make sure you read the previous reviews and take them to heart. Basically...they don't repair their electronics on their machines...won't let you have their wifi password...have "free" hour long monthly personal trainers who never give you more than 30 minutes...of "training" which is only demonstrating the machines anyway...and get this...unless you pay for additional training sessions they are "not allowed" to sh... read more
