Best hospital in wny. Just had back surgery the staff there is second too none
The fabulous new Emergency Room is the only great thing about this place. And you will have enough time to appreciate it while you wait 7 hours (or more, I would not know because we left) while waiting to be seen! Add to that that alllllll the televisions are playing CNN (constant negative news) & there isn't a separate area for people with small children!
