Excellent hospital! Staff is wonderful. Everyone was nice and very efficient with their jobs. The hospital was very clean and quite. All around great.

I took my father in to the ER on Saturday for shoulder/chest pain. They gave him some muscle relaxers and discharged him that evening. Tuesday we took him to DeGraff Memorial and he is being treated for an infection in his heart. So, way to go Kenmore Mercy for your thorough examination. Your attention to detail and commitment to care has proven itself.

Im suing for Malpractice, and Negligence, this hospital messed my head up when i went in for surgical staples, the ER tech butchered my head, and the gash never healed......when the staples were removed the gash split right back open causing further complications like plastic surgery, and serious risk of infection.......they also released me with a heart rate of 38bpm when the avg is between 60-100......My family and I have had MAJOR issues with this hospital in the past.....and we have had enough
I wanted to give a huge thank you to the ED team at KMH. As an nurse at KMH, I learned the hard way how desperate you are for relief when you're sick. Thank you to Dr. Newman, many nurses, Dr. Shenoy and many techs for treating me like family. I got to experience what our ER truly is like and I'm AMAZED at the compassion that it has. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Worse hospital ever been sitten in this waiting room for 2hrs with extream stomach an chest pain an they talkin bout it goin to be another hr
I had to have an emergency surgery the beginning of March. The staff couldn't of taken better care of me. Felt like I was being a pain they kept reassuring me it was their job and wasn't a problem. Thanks again!!
