The nursing staff was wonderful. I went for a colonoscopy and they made it a good experience. At 6:30 in the morning they were bright eyed and bushy tailed to meet my needs.

Terific staff. Very compassionate. "I don't get sick very often, but when I do, I prefer Kenmore Mercy hospital. Stay healthy my friends."

Here with stepmother following her hip replacement. I am so impressed with every aspect of the care she has received. The staff members have gone out of their way to give high quality care with positive attitudes and efficiency.

I was there yesterday for blood work and CT scan. From the admissions to lab to CT department I have nothing but, kind words for the staff. I was very nervous and scared. The staff was very reassuring and kind.

I found my experience at this hospital outstanding. From the help desk to the nurses to the doctor my surgery could not have gone any smoother.

Terrible. I went yesterday for a CT scan. Was there for 3 hours. My Dr. (Young male) was very rude and short. There was a woman working the desk inside ER, I believe her name was Debbie... as I sat for those 3 hours I listened to her complain about every single thing you could think of... from where someone placed her garbage can, to patients walking near their doorway, to sounds people were making. You work in an ER, you may hear some groans. Very discomforting. No compassion and certainly no hospitality.
